Inside, the extra foam padding around the ankle, heel and tongue ensures a comfortable fit, while the ergonomic footbed and removable insole make the fit easily adjustable. The EVA midsole absorbs shock with every step and the rubber tread sole provides grip on both paved paths and unpaved terrain.
