The Travelin' Trongsberg is a rugged men's lace-up boot made of high-quality nappa oiled leather 1.8-2.0 mm thick. Thanks to an advanced impregnation, the leather is water-repellent deep inside. This makes the lace-up boot perfect for inclement autumn days, winter walks or wet forest trails. Inside, the shoe is fully lined with real wool, from the shaft to the toecap and even in the removable insole. Wool is naturally temperature-regulating, breathable and insulating. That means warm feet in the cold, without feeling clammy when used intensively. The additional leather placket behind the YKK zipper provides additional protection from wind and splashing water. The combination of a zipper and waxed cotton laces with metal eyelets ensures a perfect fit and great ease of use. The wrap-around laces give the boot a contemporary outdoor look. The rubber treaded sole offers excellent grip on uneven terrain, while the leather welt gives the boot a sophisticated finish. A leather pull tab and the subtly engraved logo on the heel complete the design. The Trongsberg comes standard with a 1.5mm foam and wool insole, and an additional 4.5mm sole for those who need that little extra cushioning or fit.
