Jack Ulla is a mid-length lined parka for women from Travelin'. The protective flap over the zipper keeps the wind out and can be closed with snaps and Velcro. The jacket has two zippered side pockets and an inside pocket. Adjustable drawstrings in the hood and at the bottom of the jacket to wear the jacket to your preference. The sleeves have storm cuffs to keep out the cold.
