The shoe has a removable leather insole with soft foam that ensures the shoe fits snugly around your foot. The shoe's outside has metal eyelets and robust cotton laces. The Travelin' Metz is made from high-quality tanned leather. The tanning of leather is an old Portuguese tradition. For the tanning, 200 year old procedures as well as contemporary technology are used. Leather tanning takes an average of 100 days and gives the leather its own individual character.
